DREAM TRNG FROM BILL

At times we get overwhelmed with details, and we do things without guidance.

Brad has developed unit trainings with tracks that give you something to do.

unit1:integrity864

Take one track at a time.

6 month program to go platinum

Go Deep. Nothing happens without dreaming it, having passion with energy & emotion behind it.

Things you’d like to accomplish, people you want to battle for, how you want to feel. What’s the primary motion of your life, pride, respect, piece of mind, those sorts of things.

last 20-30 pages.

Work hard at it. It’s a document that will last for the rest of your life.

this is the anchoring document for your life to help you hold fast when tough times come.

listen to it over and over. There is a lot of wisdom we can collect from it.

Use whatever you need about the dreams you have. It can be deep, it can be a honey baked ham.

Your subconscious mind can be compared to fertile farm land. The soil doesnt’ care what is planted, it’s up to the farmer. The land will take what’s planted, and grow it, and return you a harvest. You can either plant good or evil. The subconscious does not sleep – it connects the thinking mind to the store of knowledge.

If you want to know what god wants of you, ask him. you may receive the answer when you least expect it. it comes to you as clear and simple and you will know. it’s not about building the watch, it’s about telling time.

Clearly identify deep dream & purpose. Go as deep as you can.

The more specific the input, the dream, the more clear the image, the more real that it is, the more significant it will be.

Auditory? Visual? Kinesthetic? What touches you better?

Visualization, mental pictures that motivate you.

Inspirational movies: 2nd Hand Lions, Cars, Braveheart.

Body leads emotions, brain leads your body.

Goals (next part after dreams)
anchor when you have the winds of emotional stress threaten you to
when we feel pain, we likely feel the need to immediately salve the pain. link winning with feeling good, and pain with not acting in accordance of what you had.

Curious about Bill’s document.

It’s not a matter of IF emotional distress will come at you, it’s about how significantly it will affect your self control.

Easy to stay the course in times of prosperity. Develop the courage and guts to continue on in the face of self defeating tendencies.

It takes courage to take a break and then get back to it.

What about setting my schedule so that the last hour of the day is configured around reading (wwdb, scripture, photography) and thinking about the dream and future goals. Maybe more time about planning the next day or week?
