I look forward to being able to invest the time and money in learning the art of cooking. Sure I can whip up dinner at my house for myself anytime, but that still doesn’t give me the satisfaction of knowing that I’ve chosen the best possible combination of foods, including texture and flavors.
There are schools her in Juneau, or there are other places that I could visit. Perhaps some sort of immersion in another culture? Perhaps an apprenticeship at different restaurants?
What kinds of foods interest me the most? Well, mostly the stuff I enjoy eating!
Fueling is incredibly important, so learning nutrition as part of the process would also be worthwhile.
